Daily departures from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. (depending on hotel). The exact pick up details will be confirmed during the purchase process. On Sundays tour leaves Cancun from Base Caracol (Blvd. Kukulkán Km 9.5 in Hotel Zone) at 7:45 a.m., this is also the meeting point for all hotels not listed in our pick-up service. Tour leaves from Xcaret at 9:45 pm and returns at 11:30 p.m.

We recommend comfortable beachwear and swimming suit. Sunscreen should be 100% biodegradable in order to be used in the park. If it contains one of the following ingredients it cannot be used in the park: octocrylene, benzophenone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, hexyldecanol, dimethyl apramide, cetyl dimethicone, methylparaben, polyethylene, propylparaben, butylcarbamate.

To offer you a better service, remember to confirm your activity reservation upon arrival to the park, where you will be able to choose your preferred schedule. Those who suffer ear problems, asthma, epilepsy, claustrophobia, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, as well as pregnant women, cannot participate in this activity. Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to the scheduled day of visit are subject to an additional 20 % fee, from 14 to 4 prior to the scheduled day of visit are subject to an additional 50 % fee. All reservations cancelled 3 to 0 days before date of your visit or in case of no-show will not be reimbursed.
